To join the Pharma industry, basic qualification needed is a B.Pharma degree. A Science students( PCMB) is eligible for a graduation in Pharmacy after 12th, by clearing the entrance exam. After Graduation, he or she just works under the guidance of the experienced pharmacists. To be working under a specialised field, one need to have a masters degree and to work as a researcher one needs to be a P.Hd.
Please note that, after a B.Pharma degree, a student gets a Medical license which gets him eligible to open his own medical shop too.
Also a Pharma Graduate is eligible to pursue, Hospital management course which is an MBA degree, or an MBA in Pharmaceutical management or a degree in Clinical Research.
