As you are going to join your dads business after completing your B.com you apply for the PG Course in MICA,Ahmedabad for Family Business Management that will be helpful for you in all ways to handle the Business very well;while other option is you can apply to Welingkar Schools,Mumbai 1 Year PG Diploma course in Entrepreneurship Development.These courses will be helpful for you to manage and expand your dads business and will give you a holistic approach to various other resources.As compared to MBA these courses are very effective for the 2nd generation entrepreneurs as they are intensively designed by the 2nd and 3rd generation entrepreneurs.

It would have been better if you could share the nature of Dad's business. Considering your aspiration to support your Dad's business, I would highly recommend few courses and mentoring/training courses.
Your have two choices: (1) Doing courses related to the nature of bussiness. For example, if your Dad is in IT business, then course related to IT would benifit. (2) Doing courses that is complimentory. For example, you Dad brings expertise in IT then you may do course in human resource/finance management or bussiness development if that can compliment to your Dad's education and experience.
