To make a career in plastic technology one can join BTechprogramme in plastic/polymer technology or can pursue MTech in plastic technology after MScin chemistry or physics. Admission to bachelor's degree courses are open to students who have completed class 12 with physics , chemistry and mathsas subjects and the usual engineering admission process is followed by the engineering institution. Master;s degree courses would require the relevant bachelor's degree course plus GATE score or as required by the institution. MTech polymer programmes or equivalentare offered to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/ Polymer Science/ Plastic Technology etc.
