But since this course is not taught in the 3 years BMM, course, you need to opt for additional certificate short term courses.

But since Gradaution is a must, you can opt for a BMM degree and specilise in Advertisement, this will give you the basic knowledge relating to print media, graphics and coral.

Further on, as a video editor, you need to have knowledge regarding:

Best is if during your short vacation, you can begin an internship with a media firm and join their editing department.
You can subscribe to editing a newsletter or magazine, join an audio-video club, and pursue a part-time or summer employment in TV or cable network or a motion picture studio. You should be patient, accurate and detail oriented. You should have good communication skills to communicate effectively with your director and producer. If you choose to work as a freelancer, you need to have business skills too.
