I do not think there is a major difference whether you pursue Journalism from India or Abroad.
Since journalism is more of developing ones own personal skills right from communication to convincing to being foresighted to being able to put across the views
But still I would advise you to first think, where exactly are you planning to work and make a career.Since the course also involves internships and internships are the best way to build up contacts which would further help you in future in terms of getting a better opportunity.Since Media is more of having contacts
