I would say that 12th Commerce is a stepping stone towards excellent careers in Commerce.
You have three options to make careers in commerce:
1. While doing BCom you can choose to do a professional course like CA, CS, CWA. These courses will help you get careers in core commerce areas.
2. You may also go for BCom LLB or BA LLB after 12th commerce and make careers in Law.
3. After completing Commerce graduation, you can go directly to the intermediate level of the above professional courses or go for MBA in HR/Marketing/Finance/International Business, etc.
Along with commerce graduation studies, try learning Tally ERP, some computer languages, etc. to enhance your skills.
