These skills are soft skills: These skills are personal character traits and interpersonal skills for working with others.

To list few common skills that are in demand and are 

• Communication Skills: Ability to present and exchange ideas be it written or verbal or any other mode through communication and understanding can be made.
• Teamwork: Ability to work with people and achieve end results without any clash of ego or being arrogant in the workplace, in any form be it with internal or external partners.
• Problem-solving: Ability to analyze the decision and make sense out of ambiguity and chaos, the ability to break complex issue and deliver the result to achieve business outcome or end results.
• Critical thinking: being logical and objective in thinking therefore taking, making a decision which is unbiased and ensures all stakeholder best interest is kept in mind. 
• Using Technology: Using Mobile, laptop, emails, email being digital savvy and professional not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn and even google search result.
• Time management Skills: Ability to manage deadline without cutting corners or compromising on the quality of output, thereby ensuring consistency in delivery and adherence to timelines, achieving measurable results. 
• Interview skills: Ability to express, impress, exchange and present idea/thoughts with another person and gather information to achieve end results for a mutual win-win situation.
• Motivation: Ability to stay upbeat and positive, and also inspires others to work together and share intentions, confusion and thus encouraging 100% participation in the work that is done.  
• Work ethics: Being transparent and clear in all business dealing and not compromising in value and integrity of company values. 
• Listening: Ability to listen without contradicting, judging or evaluating others and objective. 
• Respect: Respecting and not intruding other privacy and work, maintain professional boundaries thus a professional code of conduct for achieving the business outcome. 
• Responsibility: Taking responsibility for self, task, team, department and project that you are assigned.
• Flexibility: Ability to stretch and mold oneself as per environment and requirement, overtime, and helping others and going that extra mile. 
• Negotiation: Ability to bring in best services and vendors on board and thus ensuring customer delight for the business outcome. 
• Networking: Knowing the right people and in the ecosystem to get work done and also the ability to get work done through other people around you.
• Patience: In working and also having faith in the process of achieving the results.
• Presentation: Just Like Ted talks, where you are able to get attention, arouse interest, solicit desire and finally direct for a call to action.
• Self-confidence: Not doubting self in face of adversity and also, getting work done and being consistent in your performance and delivery. 
• Stress management: Not getting overwhelmed by the task, people or work that is done and ensuring a healthy positive mental attitude towards the achiving end result.
