Hi Surabhi,

Education being a vast sector, there are various departments one can work for after gaining few years of work experience.

As such one can pursue their career as a professor or and as a Guest lecturer in various colleges.

Furthermore, one can opt for Research (P.hD) in their respective specialization.

Other than this, one can enter the Curriculum department and help in formulating the curriculum for the Academic year.
Another option is getting into the mainstream education department and being the head of the boards and formulating guidelines as to the functioning of the boards.
Also can get into Training, whereby you would be training teachers and staffs about the changes that have happened in the syllabus and what they need to teach.

Lastly you could also be a supervisor, whereby you supervise whether things are followed correctly
Hope this helps.
Wish you god luck...
