what i can do further in my career in management sector?
Management is like the highest degree one can pursue in their career.
If you are a management graduate, then to further in your career, no qualification or degree would be helpful. Now its only experience that can count and help you progress in your career.
in-case if you feel you need to master certain skills pertaining to your expertise, you can attend Training programs that can help you refurnish your skills. At the same time, you can be the best judge as to what the current position demand is and go ahead and pursue the qualification if you feel it is important aspect
Other than this you could try your hands at SAP, SIX Sigma and Project management courses, only if you feel they would be beneficial to your progress in future.
Hope this helps.Wish you good luck.....

Well, if you want to work in corporate then masters degree from reputed institute is suffice but if you want to work as management consultant or enter into academics then PhD would be very helpful.
As career expert Ms. Meghna has rightly mentioned, you can take up diploma or certificate courses in specific subject that can help you enhance your job portfolio and advance your knowledge and skills in certain domain. Such courses can be in the area of law, employee counseling, SAP, training and development, psychometric assessment etc.
Hope this is helpful.
Best Wishes,Apurva Kumar Pandya, PhD
