If you are a management graduate, then to further in your career, no qualification or degree would be helpful.Now its only experience that can count and help you progress in your career.

Well, if you want to work in corporate then masters degree from reputed institute is suffice but if you want to work as management consultant or enter into academics then PhD would be very helpful.
As career expert Ms. Meghna has rightly mentioned, you can take up diploma or certificate courses in specific subject that can help you enhance your job portfolio and advance your knowledge and skills in certain domain. Such courses can be in the area of law, employee counseling, SAP, training and development, psychometric assessment etc.
