Interesting and I am sure you know the answer too.

But still, I take the liberty to answer you.

Firstly, most of the Dr we meet are freelancer even if they work with a hospital or clinic. Most of them in the beginning of their career prefer working fulltime with a hospital so as to gain experience and fame and name.
Once done they work as consultants whereby they visit or act as consultants to various hospitals and in the meantime have started their own practice.

As far as Homeopathy is concerned, these days because of a lot of awareness regarding effects of medications especially allopathy and since people are more health conscious and are trying to be natural, Homeopathy has taken a lead.
So no doubt that you could work as a freelancer, but before that do a survey as to which of the area are preferring the go natural way of treatment.
The number of medical stores that sells both or all types of medicines and other alternate therapies are provided, will be an added advantage for you.
Since most of the medicals store allopathy drugs, people would find it cumbersome to travel distances to but a homeopathy medicine.

And since homeopathy is a bit slow in comparison to allopathy, suggesting alternate healing measures would be ideal. And if these are situated nearby the residence then it is again an advantage for your profession.

Hope this answers your query.

Wish you good luck.............
