I understand that you are from the technical background of ITI and Diploma EEE. In fact you are doing a job perfectly matching your qualifications and that too in a public sector company. Can you tell me why do you wish to leave the technical engineering branch and get into administration department? Are you bored with the engineering branch? Do you feel that you do not have the upgraded technical knowledge to be in the engineering branch? Are you finding it difficult to cope up with the engineering?

If the answer to the above questions is yes, then I would suggest you seriously think about it and find out exactly why this is happening? If the answers to the above questions are no, then why would like to change to a non engineering department where your education will be of no use and you will be treated as a fresher and inexperienced person?

Human Resource, Facilities, and Administration:

F & A department is one of the largest departments in organisations. There fore there is lot of work to be done on daily basis in this department. You graduation may be based on this like HR.
