Medical as a career has been a dream of many students in the world. Medical has always fascinated many students to make their career in the field of Medical. The one who creates his own identity in this field retains a great respect and is also the role model for other students.Its a profession that has been practiced from old era from generation to generation. As the field deals with treating a Human Body You must hold special aptitude,skills and knowledge to make your own identity in this field.

Before getting into this field you must know the very tiny things like which college is good for the Medical Studies whether you are planning to get into National Level College or State Level or District Level? Which Entrance exams score is considered for admission intake?when are the entrance exams? What is the eligibility criteria for applying to the exams? etc. many such things one should have the knowledge.

Answering your question i.e. how much percentage is required to give medical exam? The eligibility criteria for applying to the Medical exam is different as depending on the college that you wish to apply for your course. The eligibility criteria of various colleges are as follows-
1.AIIMS- All India Institute of Medical Sciences- Applicants must have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with English,Physics,Biology and Chemistry Subjetcs with 60% (General and OBC) and 50% (SC/ST).

2.AIPMT- All India Pre-Medical Test-The Candidate should have scored Minimum 50% of marks in std 12th in subjects Physics,Chemistry,Biology/Biotechnology and English.



3.UPCMET- Uttar Pradesh Combined Medical Entrance Test- The candidate should have secured at least 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST) in Physics,Chemistry and Biology.

4.UGET COMDEK- The Candidate must have score minimum 50%(40% in the case of SC/ST and OBC of Karanatka State)

NEET exam has been discontinued instead of that AIPMT is to be conducted by CBSE.
