It is a must achieve goal. It is something that will burn in you as a desire and unless and until you achieve it, you will be disturbed. Some people forget food, or sleep till they are somewhere close to their dreams.
Remember passion is like a burning desire and till you achieve it relaxing is miles away.

Realising your passion is simple in a way and a great introspection is what can tell you what is your passion. Simply, what is that thing you think of or comes to your mind every now and then without any reason? That can be your passion area where you can check out if you can make a career out of it.
100% efforts relentlessly is the way to realise the passion. You should not compromise on taking efforts, should be patient, and a lot of determination.
