It's better late than never. Good that you approached careerguide.com and hopeour insights and expertise will help you. First of all, I would like to suggest to you to pool your experience and education till date and apply for related fields such as networking and system administration. Your knowledge of ERP will be an asset and you can apply for ERP application jobs in telecom sector, banking sector, insurance and also under govt. companies like ONGC, BSNL, MTNL, and under various ministries by clearing PSC exams. Apply in job portals like Naukri.com , Timesjobs.com and also portals of various companies with your updated resume and wait for the right opportunity. right job suiting to your skill sets may take time so patience is the key for success. Till then do not leave the job at hand , focus on the non tangible benefits of BPO industry such as enhancement of skills (leadership and domain), on the job training, international assignments and work with a vibrant and talented population.
Alternatively , you can enroll for online and distance MBA programs if your resources permit, and get it done. After that you have opportunities wide and open and can apply for various options in Operations as well as services sector etc. You can also think ofmoving to teaching sector but that requires strong conceptual understanding and NET qualification.
Weigh out all the options and see what works for you. I hope my words would come handy in redefining a better future for you . Be determined andmotivated.
Best of Luck.
