Any 12th pass student any stream studied Math and a minimum 50%, after clearing an entrance exam can pursue BCA.

BCA stands from 'Bachelor of computer application'. It is a 3-year graduation degree course. It is for those students who want to learn computer languages and want to work for software companies in future. Students who fail to seek admission in 4 year BTech course in computer science also opt for BCA course.

The general eligibility BCA aspirants is that they have to score minimum of 50% marks in class 12th. The student can be of any stream - science or commerce, but many universities prefer students of science stream over Commerce Stream. Some universities seek admission by entrance tests and some universities seek admission by percentage of class 12th exams.
