Firstly please remove the myth that as a fresher you will get finance manager designation. Finance Manager is highly responsible and qualified and experienced position. Therefore you need to learn many things and get experience to rise to the level of the finance manager in an organisation. Typically an MBA Finance can start his career as a trainee with a salary of around Rs. 10000 per month. A qualified Chartered Accountant can start with a salary of around Rs. 15000 per month. Therefore it is very important to have the right and relevant qualification to apply for a finance position entry level job.
As a fresher you may have to work for more than 10 hours everyday. But this is the actual and real learning in which you can gain great insights into the finance and accounting field which will help toyou build up your skills, capabilities, logic for promoting to a higher level of senior executive or officer and then Finance Manager. Fresher needs to slog a little bit in the industry but that is for their long temr benefit. A finance manager after getting that position, generally earns around Rs. 50000-Rs. 100000 per month. Best Luck
