Getting hired after BBA is not very tough when one candidate bags the basic knowledge of the corporate world. Bachelor of Business Administration is the basis of one’s management career and education. This course invites students from all streams be it science, humanities or commerce. The course gives a good and clear view of the corporate world with a basic idea of international business, finance, real estate, computer information, marketing and accounting. BBA is a three year management program and the degree which each candidate receives from the university or Institute is nothing but a degree which affirms the basic knowledge of business and management studies. This three year degree course allows each student to specialize in one of the multiple choices of subjects which are there in the course. The subjects would be International Business, Finance, Real estate, computer information, marketing, accounting, customer support, public relations, public administration, Communications, Mass Media and communication and many more. The course provides immense practical knowledge and studies on the business principles which helps the candidate to secure job after completing the three year degree course in BBA.

Eligibility for BBA

Candidate are eligible for BBA only when he or she had already passed 10+2  from any recognized boards with a minimum of 55% marks. Good universities or Institute demand minimum 65-70% in class 12 board exams. The admission officer may not be satisfied only with the 10+2 board exams marks. A candidate has to appear for an entrance exam as well to prove themselves so that they secure good points or percentage in future.

One should remember that good Management Institutes always wants the candidate to successfully pass the entrance exam with Mathematics and English. There is no consideration if they fail to do so.

Scope of BBA

Now the question arises that with three year of bachelor's program in Business and Management studies what will be the scope of Job because there are lot of students who would need job immediately after their Bachelor degree. The query is very justifies and the answer to this query is very positive because the Institutes imparts a very versatile course which guarantees each and every candidates for a good job with decent salary to start with. Each candidate should be clear that if one ones to climb the ladder of success and accomplishment very fast then Masters in Business Administration ie MBA is a must.  But yes, exceptional candidates who is exceptionally talented and masters in the art of Public relation can expect success faster. Grasp in the market, product and business by oneself if very important besides acquiring degree of any kind and may e from any Institute of any stature.

It is mentioned earlier that any BBA candidate will be equipped with basic knowledge of corporate management and skills and this helps the students to perform multi-faceted job. BBA pass-outs can secure jobs in marketing and sales department of any company, customer support, public relations or any back end job of the organization. All these works will give an all-round knowledge and train oneself very well so that in the long run when they take up MBA program they can secure seats in reputed Institutes and can fetch huge amount of salary.

Job after BBA program is very important because it widens the scope of understanding for a candidate and they get to know the importance of MBA program in order to secure high ranks in an organization.

Pay Scale

The job which is secured by the candidate either by themselves or by the Institutes is mainly of Sales executive, Research Assistant, Office Executive, Officer, Assistant Manager or any other back end job with executive rank. The pay scales of any fresh BBA students ranges from Rs. 9000/- to 25,000/- and depends on the company where one is joining for the job. After BBA, MBA program brings him a double amount of money in his or her pocket.
