The main idea behind research is to carry out some work in the existing technology in order to achieve some of the desired goals that can be used as a conformation of facts or just to create new theories to prove the phenomena and their impact on the environment. The importance of conducting a good research is that, it helps in order to construct a more stable solution of a problem then existing and hence leads to the development of new technologies as well as the construction of new principles. Any of the research project can be taken as the expansion and inspiration from any existing project and further work and consequences with new test cases can be done in order to determine the results. The main purpose of the research projects is the creation of a concurrent solution, theories and thesis to prove the existing facts or new facts in such a way that functional approach will be taken place. Hence making the research work as one the most important fields in the development of the education and scientific development for the country as well oneself.

M.Tech mostly involves the work that needs to be done on the industry level and most of the research conducted in the M.Tech is based on industry principles and not on scientific principles and hence improving the area of effect of the research. Apart from that, the admission in the M.Tech is done by any of the entrance exams such as GATE. Apart from that, the M.Tech also ends with the submission of the project that is somewhat an application of the research work which is self-conducted or is based on any other research. The idea behind that is to create a better and more creative implementation among a candidate towards the research either based on industry trends or on scientific trends and in order to create a better solutions to the existing technology in the industry and carry out the desired results in the best possible way.
