Dear Aspirant,

Salary depends on the size ans scale of the hotel you work in.

From 5 star hotel to a normal restaurant in a local place, the salary and job profile differs tremendously. There is no specific salary ranges in hotel industry due to its dynamics, location, rating, etc.

However a Hotel Manager should get a decent start of Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 50,000 per month.

dealing with supervision, coordination and administration of all other departments as well as overall financial control. titles like general manager, operations manager, finance manager and human resource manager come under this field.

Some important things like which college and university you have completed degree course and then your experience is another important aspect. what type of work you have done there. if you have good academic record and two or three years experience then you are the best of this industries. then you will able to full-fill your all dreams.
