Very happy that you are looking out for a progress in life in terms of profession.

Here I would like to only tell you that as far as salary is concerned, it will follow the right qualification and the right effort you put into the job.

Since you have not mentioned your qualification, I am assuming you are a Graduate, I would hereby request you to go for a higher studies as far as possible.

Here you could opt for any kind of certification courses especially in the latest which relates to computers.

You could opt for a Diploma in Hardware and networking which makes you eligible as a hardware technician who could manage and troubleshoot issues related to systems and networking.
Or you could opt for an MCA program, which is these days available as a part-time or correspondence program, which makes you eligible to handle software and programming related issues.

Since these days every office is computerized, these courses help you when it comes to the Admin kind of a role.

At the same time, since you have quite a good experience, you could opt for an MBA program, which is also available as a part time or correspondence course. You could opt for any specialization you wish to depending on your interests, but as far as your experience is concerned, HR would be a better option. Since HR is into complete office management, you would be in a administrative department, where you are already experienced.

In case you are not looking out for further studies in terms of a degree, then best would be to keep yourself updated with few courses related to computers, especially hardware, designing courses like graphics or coral designs, as well as SAP certification courses.

SAP would be beneficial in terms of Data management and filling.
It would save the companies time as well as your time and you could get or retrieve data quickly.


As far as getting a high paid job is concerned, you need to be focused and at the same time be innovative in your work area. At the same time, knowledge in different areas, makes you eligible to handle different operations in an organization.
Most importantly keep yourself updated with the latests will take you one step ahead of the rest.
