BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) is turning out to be one of the most lucrative career paths for those who aspire to become business experts of tomorrow. It’s a 3-year duration full-time course that aims at providing all the skills and knowledge one needs to have to become a business administrator. Business consultants also known as management analysts are responsible for providing analysis of an organization’s existing practices and then recommend improvements for the better growth. Their main job is to figure out how services could be improved to bring more customer satisfaction hence strengthening the relationship between clients and organization. They holds a wide range of responsibilities such as increasing business profits, closing sales, developing relationship with clients, keeping a track of costs and benefits of changes, bring out inspiring productive changes in the workplace by interacting with employees.They manage teams on a project or on a relevant activity, establish the importance of compliance and regulatory measures avoiding risks during changes, grow culture of change within the organization. In orderto be a successful business consultant, one needs to have in-depth knowledge of various aspects of market and business forces. One needs to possess effective problem-solving capability in order to enhance efficiency and profitability of the concerned organization.

 

Business Administrator

Business administrators are expected to handle the organizational, operational and managerial responsibilities of an organization/company. They are also known as general manager, operations manager, and CEO. They are responsible for the growth of a company. They have various responsibilities which make them capable of working in many areas. They have a wide range of working in many industries such as private and government agencies, firms, multinationals, nonprofit organizations, and universities. This field has high competition. In order to compete well, one could go for an MBA degree to become a much better choice for employers; it is also going to be helpful in finding a better job opportunity and better chances of progression.

Financial Analyst

A financial analyst performs researches regarding microeconomics (related to the branch of economics concerned with effects of individual decisions and single factors) and macroeconomic (related to the branch of economics concerned with general economic or large-scale factors such as national productivity and interest rates) conditions of a company and organization and as well its fundamentals of making business industry and sector recommendations. They are also liable to make recommendation for the methods of selling and buying company’s stock based upon its predicted and overall current strength. An analyst needs to be aware of ongoing developments in the field relevant to his/her specialization for preparing well models to predict upcoming economic conditions.

Operations Manager

The duty of an Operations Manager involves supervising the production of goods and provision of the services provided by them. He/She has to ensure that an organization is running as good as it possibly can with services that are efficient and meets the need and expectations of clients and customers. They monitor and analyze the current system of provision or production to check its effectiveness and to figure out a strategy for improvement if possible. They play a vital role in a company by analyzing statistics and writing and reading reports on a regular basis. Operations Managers also deal with a lot of liaising with other team members which include interacting with managers of various areas of organization, supervising and training new employees and keeping a track and measurement of staff performance.
