The only course of action now is pursuing a masters degree in the area of specialization you chose during graduation. During graduation you might have opted for either advertising or journalism or PR. Now is the time to have a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Eg. Say you opted for journalism, now at the masters level specialise in any one area like sports or medical journalism etc.
But please note that experience is what matters in the field of media than just a course. The more you work the better you gain. So I would suggest get into a job after you graduate ASAP. Hope youare aware that media has no fixed job hours and one is exposed to all departments and begins as a trainee
At the sametime you could also pursue certification courses related to public speaking, anchoring or radio jockey. These work as addons and helps enhancing your career
Wish you good luck...
