My immediate answer to your question is, do JOB!
You have BTech and MBA. You can find job in management area in engineering companies of your specialization.
If you are interested in academics, then you can pursue MTech and PhD. You may be interested to pursue integrated course (MTech+PhD).
If you have specific queries related to career path, feel free to write back. When you write your queries, please provide details of the specialization in BTech and MBA, your strengths and area of improvement. These details will help us guide you better.
With Best Wishes,
Apurva Kumar Pandya, PhD
Absolutely agree with Dr. Pandya.
BTech+MBA are good combination qualification and the industry does demand such people.
Which MBA specialisation have you done? You are most probably likely to get a job based on your MBA and not on your BTech. As a fresher, MBA wont help you in engineering technical domain job profile.
I suggest that you find a job without any delay and start getting the work experience.
Don't get overqualified right now.
