But check your research bent of mind. Are you someone who likes to go into detailings. And would not leave until and unless results are achieved.
One more thing is decide on your future course of action. Like the topic of your research. Only then can you opt for masters degree.

A scientist is a person who knows and is an expert in the core area of a domain. For that, he should be highly qualified and experienced. While experience can be built by working, getting technical knowledge is possible by acquiring relevant and good educational qualifications.
You have asked this question at the very right time and you have chosen a right course too. After BSc, you will be required to do MSc Physics. After Masters degree you can appear for the NET JRF exam where you will get opportunity to research and work as a teaching assistant in Universities or Research Institutions. Pursuing a PhD would then be possible through NET JRF.
