Hi Renu

This is up to you. Be totally honest. But if you are desperate for this job then a sample answer could be like:  'I am well aware that in a competitive industry such as this you can't expect a work completely regular hours. I am open for such irregularities.

Hi Renu,

Well this is most reliable way to test the sense of ownership and self responsibility of a candidate with regards to job performance.

There is not right or wrong answer. You have to be use your logical reasoning and comprehension skills. 

The idea behind the logic of the question is understand your interpretation of the is question. 

How are you taking this question and comprehending it in your own words. 

It is not a simple Yes or No. 

This question is more of case study base approach, in which you have to ask interviewer on the context in which it is being asked, the work that needs to be done. the more you ask the better you will be able to frame the answer to this question.

You need to ask in for more input regarding the requirement for overtime and the accordingly draft your answer.

You need to address the situation by answering that it all depends on prioritization and adhering to timeline and milestones of the project assigned to you.
