Hello Diksha,

Looks like you are interested in pursuing an undergraduate management course. Please note there are 2 degrees available. BMS which is provided through Mumbai university and BBA which is affiliated under Pune university.

As far as I know, admission for a BMS course is only through merit. Any student who has cleared 12th with atleast 50% is eligible to apply to this course.

Eligibility for BBA is merit and an entrance exam. The exam tests the students logical and reasoning capacity and as well as their quantitative ability. It is similiar to CET but the level is not high. Online papers are available.

Please enquire in colleges where you wish to apply for BMS. You could check the college website for their admission criteria.

Wish you good luck...

Dear Aspirant,

Generally, BBA course has an entrance test whereas BMS does not have entrance exam.

Which University are you talking about?

However for under graduate courses like BBA or BMS, BBM, etc. you need to be ready with little math skills, general knowledge, logical reasoning, English.

Alternatively, you can continue with your BCom studies and when you reach the last year of graduation, you can start studying for MBA entrance test like CAT, CMAT, XAT, SNAP, etc. Either ways, if you do BMS or BCom, you will be recommended to do MBA later.

Best wishes
