Choosing from PCM and PCMB will depend on your choice of career. Whether you are inclined towards non-biology courses or biology oriented courses.
If you are interested into biology and take up careers as medicine, dietician, dentistry, nutrition, food technology, etc. then choosing PCB would be better.
If you are interested into mechanics, chemistry, physics, engineering, etc. then choosing PCM is better.
I would suggest that you should not choose randomly, since this decision will affect your entire career.
Do take the Ideal Career Test. This is a psychometric test which will help you know your aptitude, capability, interests and accordingly give you course suggestions.
