There are a lot of options available to you even though you have not chosen Math as a subject.Since you have taken PE as a subject, are you willing to go ahead and make it a profession.
But as far as the regular courses are concerned, after 12th, you could opt for the following courses:

There are plently of Good career options without maths and with or without commerce.
But first be clear about your interest. That is if you want to become a teacher you can go for higher Degrees in Commerce itself till your Ph.D and also clear NET exam. You become a Lecturer and it is a fulfilling career. You should love teaching.
If becoming a public servant fulfills your desire You can go for Graduation and further go for Civil services examination.
Let say you want to go for professional courses - there are plently of it. viz BBA/BBS/BMS, HM, TOURISM, LAW, CS, MASS COMM. Benefit of joining professional course enables you to start earning quickly at Graduation level itself.
The condition is Do from Reputed Institutes and you have atleast minimum skills required for it.
So if this clicks.... go for it
Similarly if you believe you have interest in Business Management .....then go for it. It is also very lucrative and rewarding.
MY SUGGESTION IS IF YOU ARE OPEN FOR ANY CAREER OPTION WHICH IS GOOD GO FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ,LAW, DESIGNING AND MASS COMMUNICATION
