The best option is to start working after engineering degree as it gives you more clarity about company culture and various profiles in a company. You get to know more about the industry and options available for you.
If your interest grows in management skills after working for a couple of years, you can opt for MBA course.
You haven’t specified your stream in the question. You can also go for post graduation i.e. M.E./M.Tech. in the same stream . If you wish to study abroad, gather all the information about MS and competitive exams like GRE that one should clear in order to opt for the course.
