As you have not mentioned whether you are doing diploma or planing to do diploma or BE? Anyways Diploma in EEE is a very good technical course which makes you skilled in specialized manner and also gives you broad exposure to the different types of industries either in govt, corporate or offshore level. After 10th you can explore diploma which is a junior level of engineering or technical course and further you can pursue BE/B.Tech in EEE. If you go for BE or B.Tech after diploma then module becomes very interesting and compatible for you, further you will be given the priority by recruiters due to your better understanding than BE or B.Tech holders those have passed out just after 12th without diploma.

Therefore you can opt out the following equations as per your compatibility, family back up and interest:
1. 10th + Diploma (EEE) + BE or B.Tech (/IT/CE/EEE etc) will b ring you to the broad level of oportunity with the best package, though it will take total five years as you know diploma holders have one year relaxation in B.E /B.Tech you will be given lateral entry directly in the second year of BE or BTECH so again you are in benefit with sound background.

2. 10th + 12th with PCM + Diploma in EEE + B.Tech/BE as per the choice will be a sound choice for the bright career.

3. As you saw diploma is not a comparison with BE or B.Tech rather it is a grounded base for your better understanding to the technological world. Even you will be having back up at any circumstances 9bad or worst) you will not be waiting for any higher degree support immediately you can join any technology based job with good package.
4. Once you finish diploma you can join any company at technician level or junior engineer level, moreover can migrate UAE where you will be having better career in terms of package and life style.
