Dear roshan,
I am very glad to see you approach CareerGuide.com for seeking guidance and clarifications for your career development. Let me assure that you have selected the right platform to get advice from.I think I can guide you considering my more than 10 years of experience in counselling and industry. I appreciate your detailed query.
If you are happy in the type of job you are doing currently, then you should not quit the job and pursue higher studies. As you may be aware, there are not many job prospects and opportunities in telecom these days. Pursuing higher education definitely is valuable and you may surely opt for higher education if your family permits.
If you are interested in remaining in the technical domain, I would suggest a MS or ME. Later on may be after getting a work experience of five years, you may join a part time management course.
Please do get back to me in case you are still wanting to ask some thing or require any more clarification or guidance. I will be very glad to help you out and see you become successful in your career.
Best wishes,

Roshan, I second previous reply : Stick with your job and after you have gained substantial experience say 2 yrs ( same as your bond period) then think of your higher education and think of quitting your job when you have got admit letters from university/ your desired course.
If you want to stick to technical roles MS should be preferred - if you want to move to non-technical domain do for MBA.
Good Luck
