Hi Ramesh

This is for you to think and express your plans and aspirations, future direction, needs and wishes. Never say that you have no idea where you will be in five years from now. Do not say that you may or may not be working in the industry your target company occupies five years from now.

Your answer should be something like this one.

"I definitely see myself working within the advertising industry five years from now. My aim is to help develop campaigns that result in significant market advances for the clients involved, and that's certainly an aim I can see myself working towards in this position and perhaps later in a more senior role within the agency. The main thing I want to do over the next five years is to help develop arresting creative ways of reaching potential consumers, and to deliver significant revenue to my company in the process. I think O & M is the perfect place to develop my existing skills in that regard.
