Hello My Dear...

Excellent and in time question asked by you. I am very happy that after choosing the option you did not ask this question. You are saved! I am happy that you approached us at CareerGuide.com for seeking guidance and clarification for your doubt.

The answer is a BIG NO.

You have selected Civil Engineer as a category for your question and from this I suppose that you are interested in Civil Engineering degree. DO NOT GO for part time or distance learning bachelor degree for any course. Not only in government jobs but private companies also are hesitant to accepted candidates who have done their graduation through part time or distance learning mode.

No bachelor degree should be done through any of the above ways, since it will surel land you in problem later and then at that point of time, you will not be able to come back or change your degree. You will have to live with it for your whole life.

Firstly, I would like to ask you why are you thinking of part time graduation degree? Are you wanting to do job? Or are you wanting to do education for formality and in a simple way as you feel so?

Please do not get such easy ways in your mind if you would like to be really successful in your life and career.

For education, NEVER TAKE SHORT CUTS. If you take short cuts, you career will also be a short cut to frustration and depression.

Eligibility for Government jobs or state level jobs is always a regular full time bachelor degree. You can read any job advertisement in Rojgar Samachar / Employment News.

If you are planning to do post graduation, also please DO NOT DO it part time or distance learning.

Understand that these are the only years to study so why take short cuts unnecessarily???

Best Luck
