The common admission rules for under graduate programs at the above listed IIT institutes only are:
1. Possess valid passport
2. Appear for paper 1 of JEE (Main) conducted by CBSE India. For further details for this exam please visit the website: www.jeemain.nic.in

Foreign students who propose to study PhD programs at IIT are required to write GMAT exam to be eligible for applying to PhD programs.

The rest of the private universities listed above conduct their own entrance tests and on specific dates for each departments. The dates are subject to change every year and it is required to follow up with their websites that I have mentioned above. Similarly, for an admission into their PhD programs especially for a PhD Management degree, GMAT scores are required.
