EC, Mechanical and CS - you are choosing between too many diverse career streams. It appears that you wish to be an engineer only irrespective of any stream. I would say that this is a bad decision and thinking.
How can you be suitable for all the streams - EC, Mechanical and CS? All the three require different aptitude and all the three have different scope and growth levels in jobs.
Do not select a branch based on the college. First select the branch and then look for colleges. You are thinking the reverse way which is not the right way.
