Firstly why are you pursuing BCA through IGNOU? Why didn't you join a regular full time course from a recognised University and AICTE approved college?
Secondly, if you are looking or doing BCA which is a computer / IT related course, why are you thinking of Car designing? There are no car designing courses available in the world. For that, you need to get into Automobile Engineering where you will be exposed to car designing, physics, mechanics, electrical and electronics.
I feel, your thinking about career is extremely weird. Please do not get confused and try to get unnecessary knowledge. You should focus on BCA and learn related skills and technologies which will compliment BCA and you will stand a chance to get a good job.
After BCA, I would recommend completing MCA too for a more secure and stable career in IT industry.
