You have lots of options to opt after completing 12th with commerce, if you want to join the corporate world after graduation, then the best option is BBA, because it is a course which will enhance your business skills as well as you can use your accounts knowledge properly. If you are interested in government jobs then join BA program and start different test preparation. If you want a better future for yourself than I would suggest you to go for some professional studies, like CA or ICWAI along with your graduation. Regarding your graduation I would suggest you to opt BCom or BA in English and side by side enrol for CA along with graduation don't step back because people say CA is tough.

There are really many career options and courses which one can join after 12th commerce.
However I would like to know first that in which subject you are interested or love to study? Is it Accountancy, Economics, Secretarial Practice / Maths? If you can think on this and also let me know I would be able to guide you more appropriately rather than advising on random basis.
After 12th commerce, if you are likely to continue in commerce field, then you should think for professional courses like CA/CS/CWA, etc.
Or you can complete BCom with good percentage and then go for these professional courses or LLB, MBA, etc.
