The choice of a stream leading to your career choice, is a personal choice.
Please do not decide on the basis of percentage or friends or family.
Sit back and do a self introspection and choose on the basis of what interests you and what are your likes and dislikes etc.
If still unsure, I would recommend an Aptitude test or career counseling tests which will help you make a definite choice by revealing your areas of interest and aptitude and abilities.

The second part of your question can be answered only by you if you introspect. Choosing the right stream will help you realise your dream of becoming something.
I definitely feel that you are not aware of your own strengths and weaknesses. If you are not sure what is suitable to you for stream career, I would suggest you to take the Stream Selector Test from careerguide, which is a psychometric test. This will analyse your aptitude, interests, likings, etc and suggest you ideal stream which you can choose. You can also later talk to the counsellors over phone.
