Always remember that Not every Manager is an MBA and not every MBA is a Manager. Going by this fact of the industry, doing MBA is not at all mandatory to excel in career. What is required is skills and adaptability.
MBA is ideally beneficial who has minimum five years of work experience and wants to scale the leadership ladder.
MBA done after graduation is also helpful if the career stream is decided.
