Why do you want to pursue MBA from USA?If you want to work in USA, it is highly recommended to do MBA from there. However, I would recommend you do executive course form Harvard or other reputed University. If feasible, do PhD.
If you want to pursue career in India, doing PhD or diploma course would be beneficial. You don't need to pursue MBA per se.

I would suggest not to become over qualified. Do not be under the impression that more the degrees more the salary or good job profile.
I am surprised that you being an MBA from IIM you are looking to have another MBA.
I would recommend that you should get into a job and start gaining work experience as early as possible. As far as product management is concerned, it is already covered in your normal MBA.
