Won't I face any problem in pursuing ma further studies like mba if I want to? :O

If my university took mercy on me and gave me a three yr degree certificate then is it possible ki I will face problems in appearing for cat or any other exams or any other further studies?? would I face problem in getting admission in any gov. or private colg for my pgdm or mba course??? :O

By terming it 'mercy' you are indicating that you are likely to get the three year graduation degree through unofficial means. As far as the degree which you get is legally valid and verifiable, you wont face any problem, but I can definitely say that you will face problems in higher education and while going for job interviews.

When you go for higher education courses like MBA, your base of graduation will not be there since you have compromised on your graduation level knowledge which is the base for any further education and or job or business.

As far as the marks in your graduation are above the cutoff which is required for making you eligible for applying to CAT and then PGDM or MBA course, you wont face any problem.

Anubha, why do you feel and wish to have mercy by the University to award you a degree for which you have not done anything? Please do not regard collecting qualifications as the mode for getting jobs with high salary or good job. For getting a good job and high salary apart from the qualification and marks and grades, there are many things which are required to get employed with a good salary.
