Hello ,

Good that you approached CareerGuide.com even after having fifteen years of experience, all of us do need career guidance and advice at all stages of our career. Well to start with your experience, it's obvious that you are getting slow progressions as you are in the profession with diploma as your qualification. your graduation and masters subject does not aids to your chosen field of work..., right?

How about thinking of a switch and taking a little risk..,

At first, I would suggest you to combine your Masters and Diploma Experience and apply for marketing and sales departments of companies , which supplies raw materials for printing and photographic films. You can also apply in newspapers, magazines and advertising agencies, publishing houses under central and state government, banks etc.

You can also apply for government departments engaged in publishing activities, such as , IGNOU, NIOS,NCERT,Indian council of Agricultural research, Indian Council of Medical research, etc. , all state textbook corporations, all universities. Govt. of India presses etc.

You can also opt for teaching where jobs exist in colleges and polytechniques etc. offering vocational courses , if you have interest in teaching and aptitude for that.

A lot many options are open for you. Open up your profile in Naukri.com and other job portals and also go through the employment news everytime. Apply for all the relevant positions and keep on doing that. Someday somewhere your credentials will click , and open up a window for your flourishing career.

Still Have Queries ? Feel free to put it again by referring this one, or contact .

Good Luck.
