Firstly you have not been specific as to your role in the pharma company. Secondly, your question falls in the IT sector of mera career. Now I am confused are you working as a technical support in the pharma company or any other role?.
Please note a pharma graduate has many opportunity in the organization right from clinical trials to production to r&d to quality control to medical writing. You could work in any of the department as per your interest.
Since your question is vague, I can suggest, pursue a management degree. An MBA in either pharnaceutical management or hospitality management seems ideal at the moment.
