It would have been good if you had thought about this before taking admission into MCA. Sometimes being late harms the career adversely.

If you do not wish to continue in MCA, I would suggest that you should leave it completely right now and get into a MBA Marketing course based on your graduation degree. Other options based on communication are Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Hotel Management, Tourism, etc.

To be best sure of what suits you for your career, I would suggest you to undergo an online psychometric test from CareerGuide which will help you understand yourself in respect of your strengths, weaknesses, emotional quotient, etc. and will exactly tell you which career is ideal for you.

If you were not interested in studying why are you pursuing an MCA course.

If you are interested in working, then opt for a job oriented course that are short term like say web designing or graphics or Animations.

As such every job requires communication, but communication is the most important when it comes to the marketing job profile as well as when you begin on your own.

When it comes to confidence, it will develop slowly only when you are in the right job profile.
So give it a lot of thinking as to what you wish to do ahead in your career and chose accordingly.

And as Dr Anand has said, pursuing a Aptitude tests would be an ideal way to chose a career.
