Career changes are tough but they can be made. Your message conveys your intention but nothing more. I have been working with engineers for several years now, and helped many identify their careers where they can succeed and be happy with who they are and what they do. You may view my profile on LinkedIn as well. Good luck and if you are interested in working with me then please let me know.   Regards,   Sai Prakash Bhupalam

Bharat - there is no specific list of qualities - everybody will have their own opinions and perspectives. Professionalism, knowledge (academic, general, business etc.), presentation, people skills - I can go on. And the same goes for the list of companies - your questions are very general and do not tell me who you are and what you want. In my experience, the best way to do this would be to pick a counselor that appeals to you and move forward. I have worked in sales & marketing management (business development, sales process/sales training, recruitment, interviewing in the office and in

Natasha - your question is a good one but lacks critical information. This is a serious decision and most probably life changing. The best way to go about this would be to pick a counselor you are comfortable with and move forward if you are not able to do so on your own. Depending on your career options/domain choices, you can pick a counselor whose profile/experience/qualifications are the best match for you.   I see that a couple of other counselors have also responded so hopefully you have a better idea about how to go about this career shift. Good luck!

Not sure if you want to do this after your 12th or you want to complete your graduation. I was a flight attendant for over 11 years for an American airline and can guide you if you are interested in working with me. I can tell you that this can be a great career and a fun job - but it is highly competitive so you need to be prepared. There is no specific procedure for applying but there are many things you can do to be prepared for the opportunity. Good luck.
