Hi Naman, You can join Indian Army by choosing any stream, but if you complete 12th with science stream, then you have lots of options in order to join defence services. After completion of 12th class with science stream you can apply for NDA Exam (National Defence Academy Examination) this examination is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year as well as apply for TES Exam (Technical Entry Scheme).
