Never mind what people say. If you like fashion designing then first you will have to go for a similar course.Or may be join as a fresher at a similar company. It will certainly be difficult in the beginning. May be you can take it up as a Hobby while continuing with your present job. Take up a part time job in that field and learn everything of fashion designing before quitting the present job. Unless you are very sure do not take hasty decisions.
