But in general, a fresher management student joins in as a trainee or junior manager position. Then depending on your performance the position would be decided accordingly.
Eg. A marketing manager, begins initially as a salesman and then promoted to marketing manager or a business development manager.
Some of the specializations offered in MBA includes marketing, HR, Finance, IT, advertisement, supply chain, hospitality, pharma etc.

There are many options, you can look forward to but the important thing is what is your interest and your inclination and your goals in life.
One way to identify your goals in to know your interest and your strengths.
As believe me if you choose the wrong subjects in MBA that do not align with your interest you will be frustrated and irritated.
As personally, I have seen many students who have left MBA or felt irritated as they were not clear in their intention why MBA and for what purpose.

Once you understand your interest and area that are of you least interest you choose what will be beneficial.
No matter what people around you say, you have to decide what you feel like doing.
