Hi Pooja

This is a personal quality that only you can tell, but a stereotype example is: 'Challenge, Passion and Recognition'. The interviewer is looking for examples of your professional development, perhaps to judge your future potential, so you must tell a story that demonstrates it.

Hi Pooja,

You can always say that I am motivated to do my best as I have set Challenging goals for myself for the long-term. This will steer the discussion to your goals. Be ready for the same. But, be careful that you cannot say that I want to be an entrepreneur in the next 2 years. You may say that I have set a goal to become an entrepreneur by 2025.

Another way to respond to this is to say that "I compete and stay ahead of the rest, which will help my career growth and that keeps me motivated". A slightly cliched' response though.
