You can always say that I am motivated to do my best as I have set Challenging goals for myself for the long-term. This will steer the discussion to your goals. Be ready for the same. But, be careful that you cannot say that I want to be an entrepreneur in the next 2 years. You may say that I have set a goal to become an entrepreneur by 2025.
Another way to respond to this is to say that "I compete and stay ahead of the rest, which will help my career growth and that keeps me motivated". A slightly cliched' response though.
This is a very interesting question and you may feel excited to reply.You might have applied your mind when you have seen this advertisement or requisite qualification and experience asked for.Think positive and convey to the interviewer about your past achievement on this aspect very briefly and express confidence to contribute the best services at all times.
