Hello Nivedita,
B.Com Honors is similar to a general B.Com course whereby you would be exposed to the same subjects mainly accounts, SP, book keeping, business studies, math, computers etc. The only difference being and that is why Honors is more preferred, is because of the indepth study.
The course is more practical and has industry exposure whereby at the end of the course, you would have to submit a thesis and a presentation of what you have understood from the subject.
